North Idaho Real Estate Market Update

What is going on in the real estate market for the Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho region? Here are the stats for what happened this last week with new listings, price changes, pending sales and closed properties. Today (March 24th, 2021) there was 245 active home in Kootenai County and 22 active homes in Shoshone County.
