How to price your home right- First and foremost you want to have a Realtor come and view your home. This is so you, as a seller, can point out all the features that make your house unique. This also helps the agent see the condition of the home when comparing it to similar homes. The Realtor will then do a CMA (Certified Market Analysis) to help determine the fair market value.
When you get this number you want to price your home around the average price. Keep in mind this is like The Price is Right- the home that is priced at the right price and not over wins the buyers. One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to price your home too high and lose out on potential buyers.
