North Idaho Real Estate Market Update

What is going on in the real estate market for the Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho region? Here are the stats for what happened this last week with new listings, price changes, pending sales and closed properties. Today (March 16th, 2021) there was 218 active home in Kootenai County and 17 active homes in Shoshone County.
