Hayden, Idaho-
Hayden is located just north of Coeur d’ Alene. Hayden is near and dear to my heart- I have called this town home since 2004 (previously I lived in CdA). The golf courses that Hayden has to offer are Avondale and Hayden Lake Country Club. Out of the many lakes in the area I prefer Hayden lake. It is not as big as CdA Lake and not as many people but you still have a lot of room to water ski, jet ski, swim, relax and fish. Not to far north of Hayden are Multiple access points to the National forest- great for hunting, camping, hiking, horse back riding, and huckleberry picking. If you love the outdoors there is no better place to live than North Idaho.
Hayden is growing too- In 2018 there were 141 new single-family home building permits issued.
